Outreach Events
For the most successful outreach event, all detailed and final event information must be turned in at least 8 weeks before the event.
In-House Events
For in-house events and activities, at least 4 weeks' notice is generally sufficient.
Events requiring this form include weddings, funerals, outreach events such as Old Home Day, our Annual Christmas Program, or any other event outside of normal operating hours.
Check the applicable boxes and you will hear back within 72 hours. If you haven't heard back within that time frame, please email Michelle at [email protected].
